ARTE AMAZONIA provides a global platform for the indigenous people who inhabit the Amazon. By encompassing an interdisciplinary approach, we offer a forum provided information from a multitude of perspectives. By fusing art and culture together we aspire to grant new perspectives to demystify the cultures inhabiting the Amazon, Rainforest.
In light of the contemporary interplay of global conditions, the Amazon plays a dynamic role. Offering a micro and macro perspective, we present the first Amazon Artist and Film Gallery presenting authentic indigenous and contemporary works including: traditional, painting, photography, sculpture, installation, visionary, and film.
In addition, our workshops offer a hands on approach to learning about life in the rainforest through objects and materials to develop more awareness to the natural path and sustainable living.
We seek alliances, with individuals and groups working with indigenous communities to unify and to give value to their ways of life including their sustainable relationship to the environment.

Leah & Heiko Dittmer give a voice through conceptual design focused on the indigenous cultures of the Amazon. By employing indigenous materials, arts & myth, their work confronts ancient knowledge in modern times.
